Pronunciation of the word wom allows for subtlety in meaning sidesteps ...

just a little over this way, just a little more that, through intonation: whim,

whum, woom, wohm. Pick the wom that suits your meaning at the time.

There is no right or wrong way to say wom.

If choice of pronunciation gives you too great a pause, it might help to think

whim when you mean more than one (the same as the first syllable in women),

wohm when you mean one (the same as in woman). With “wom” we make

the distinction between singular and plural through pronunciation as well as

through context. How befitting: the singular and plural of our identifier can
